• Payment: All guests are responsible for the timely execution of payments according to the terms and conditions defined during the booking process.
• Listing of accommodations: Publishers who publish accommodations on the platform are required to provide accurate and complete information about their property, including description, images, prices and availability.
• Production fees and commissions: Publishers are required to pay platform usage fees and commissions based on the number of successful bookings. Our platform takes a commission of 10% per booking.
• Maintaining standards: Publishers are committed to maintaining quality standards and complying with all laws and regulations relating to the provision of accommodation services.
• Guests: The platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel reservations in the event of a violation of the terms of use, such as falsification of information or the use of payment cards in an illegal way.
• Publishers: The platform reserves the right to suspend or remove published accommodations that do not meet quality standards or violate the rules of use.
• Platform responsibility: The platform is only an intermediary between guests and publishers. We do not take responsibility for the quality of the accommodation, nor for any disagreements between guests and publishers.
• User responsibility: Publishers are responsible for the accuracy of accommodation information, and guests are responsible for fulfilling their reservation obligations.
